Open the app, go to Manage → Account & Plan → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and needs no waiting.
Sign in and delete it yourself at masterlockoutsync.com/delete-account.html — it takes effect immediately. Or enter the email address on the account below: we email that address a link to confirm, and nothing is deleted until it is opened and confirmed. The link expires in 60 minutes.
Deleting the account is not the only option. If it is the product news you want to be rid of, this switches it off and leaves everything else alone — your account, your connections and your plan all stay exactly as they are.
Account and security emails — sign-in codes, billing, a broker connection that has stopped responding — are separate and keep coming. They are not marketing, and there is no way to switch them off while the account is open.
Deleting your account stops your subscription from renewing. The time you have already paid for runs to the end of the current period, and if you sign up again with the same email before then, the subscription carries on. When the period ends, the card on file at Stripe is removed. Signing up again brings back only the subscription — your account's data stays deleted.

Freemium is our free plan. One account stays monitored, with its alerts, its journal and its own flatten button. LOCKOUT ALL is not included.
Nothing is deleted: your connections and their saved credentials stay, and your other accounts are just not monitored. On a paid plan you can turn them back on in Monitored accounts.
It costs nothing. From a paid plan, the switch happens when the time you have already paid for runs out.
Accounts can switch after their first paid month. In the app: Manage → Account & Plan → Change plan.
